About Our Institute
Established in 1978, the Institute of Child Health and Hospital for Children (ICH&HC) has been at the forefront of pediatric healthcare in Southern India. As a tertiary care referral center, we serve children from Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and neighboring states with comprehensive medical services spanning prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Our 500-bedded hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including advanced neonatal ICUs, pediatric cardiac care unit, modular operation theaters, and a dedicated pediatric oncology wing. We are recognized by the National Board of Examinations for DNB Pediatrics and fellowships in pediatric super-specialties.

Expanded to 300 beds with addition of pediatric cardiology and neurology departments
